I've already violated the promise I made in my last post. I went to the library to try to check out A Heartbreaking Work of Staggering Genius, but it was checked out, so I had to put on a hold. Then I tried The Road and the same thing happened. So what was I left to do? Well, I ended up checking out Brave New World by Aldous Huxley, and Song of Susannah, book VI in the infamous Dark Tower series by Stephen King. I've read it before, but hey, it's fantastic.
Then, as if to incriminate me, I got an email today notifiying me that The Road was available and being held for me. I've got my reading cut out for me. :)
